Who We Are…

As a certified sleep consultant with a Master’s in Educational Psychology, Bryana Ricci brings both professional and personal experience to sleep training. 

As a school psychologist, Bryana specialized in interventions and behavior, as well as social, emotional, and mental health. As a sleep consultant, Bryana takes a client-led approach. She meets parents where they are to create individualized sleep plans tailored to each baby’s needs. And as a mother, Bryana has been there! Her son struggled with sleep during the first year of his life, and she knows firsthand how transformative sleep–good sleep–can be. It changed her life, and instilled in her a passion for helping families find the same peace and rest she did.
